Quality Department

Quality is at the forefront of what we do. Full traceability of components can be provided from incoming GRN number for supplier & material ID, to the supply of FAI for production runs detailing critical dimensions at all stages of manufacture. All equipment is UKAS certified annually using an approved external calibration service.

Technical & CAD Support

Customers can supply us either with their own 3D models of a component or just a simple 2D drawing which we can then convert into 3D for use with our CAD/CAM software. Our 3D CAD capability means we can work with all native CAD formats, such as Solidedge, Solid Works, Catia and Creo, which then allows us to export directly to our CAM programming software.
